Bishop Dr. Leolene Harris

Bishop Dr. Leolene W. Harris was born in Georgetown Guyana. She migrated to Canada in September, 1968. Bishop Dr. Leolene was baptized in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit April 1998. She is an ordained Minister of the Word. She is an anointed preacher, teacher, counselor, and a powerful woman of God.
Bishop Dr. Leolene is presently with Divine Healing Outreach Ministry. Bishop Dr. Leolene also travels internationally, across Asia, South America, Jamaica, and St. Lucia. Bishop Leolene obtained a Bachelor and a Master Degree in Christian Education, Doctor of Divinity, and a Pastoral Counseling Certificate from the Victory Bible College International, and World Christianship Ministries.
She obtained a Diploma from Bible Way Institute of Christian Counseling and Theological Studies of Ontario, a Diploma – Discovery Bible College. Dr. Harris is registered as a person authorized to solemnize marriage in the Province of Ontario No. 57393. She is a member with the Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers.
