Who We Are
William Kimando International Ministries (WKIM) is a not-for-profit Christian evangelical denomination incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada. From humble beginnings with one church, God has grown WKIM into a developing network of global ministries, churches, and ministers under one spiritual covering.
The Lord also enabled us to establish a school of ministry—Shiloh College (formerly Shiloh Bible Institute and Seminary)—through which we train, equip, and ordain men and women called into Christian service.
We give God all the praise and glory for the growth we have witnessed, and continue to witness, as lives are transformed and delivered out of the dominion of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to restore and empower vessels for effective ministry—to develop ministers, ministries, and churches whose work will transform the lives of believers, enabling them to live in God’s abundant supply.
Mission Statement
William Kimando International Ministries is:
-
Interdenominational in spirit
-
Full Gospel in belief
-
Pentecostal in message
We are a body of believers who have been selected, called, and ordained by God to minister to the needs of the “total person.” We are committed to reaching, teaching, and nurturing people in every area of life—spiritual, mental, physical, psychological, and emotional—through the preaching and practical application of the four-square Gospel:
-
Jesus our Saviour
-
Jesus our Baptizer in the Holy Spirit
-
Jesus our Healer
-
Jesus our Soon-Coming King
Whom We Welcome
WKIM is a universal ministry that does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, creed, ethnic background, or socio-economic status. We welcome all who desire to come, and we encourage each one to put their faith in Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Saviour, in accordance with Romans 10:12–13.
Our Goals and Purposes
As a Christ-centred, Bible-based ministry, our main goals and purposes include:
-
Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ
To proclaim the message that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, crucified, buried, and raised on the third day for the atonement and cleansing of our sins, so that we might receive salvation, redemption, and restored fellowship with God the Father. We pursue this mission through preaching, teaching, and ministering the Word of God in every context He allows. -
Supporting Independent Ministers, Ministries, and Churches
To serve as a support arm to independent ministers, ministries, and churches by offering spiritual and legal covering to those who qualify, and by promoting unity within the Body of Christ. -
Providing Credentials and Covering
To provide the necessary credentials—such as ministry licenses and ordination recognition—for ministers and churches to satisfy the requirements of the law while maintaining biblical integrity. -
Offering Fellowship and Leadership
To offer fellowship, leadership, and guidance to those who desire it, and to assist ministers and churches in areas they cannot easily provide for themselves, such as mentorship, doctrinal support, leadership development, and networking.
In all of this, our commitment is:
“Fellowship without bondage, unity without compromise.”
Our Distinctives
-
Christ is the Head – WKIM is an independent ministry under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. He is the Head of the Church, and the Bible is our sole rule for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16).
-
The Bible is Central – We believe that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness.
-
Missions Is the Life of the Church – We believe that “missions” is the heartbeat of the Church. We are committed to planting churches in our city, our nation, and around the world, in obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20).
-
Ministry to the Whole Person – We recognize that people have spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical needs, and we seek to minister to the whole person through preaching, teaching, counseling, and compassionate outreach.
How We Carry Out Our Mission
Through our network of churches and partner ministries, WKIM seeks to:
